Communications for technical support are no charge for the first initial year after your website is live, Sharp Solutions provides “if needed” two FREE hours monthly while your team learns about working with the new website. No charges will ever occur for sending messages or contacting us directly. Our techs are always ready to assist you and phone lines are open 9:00 am to 7:00 pm (EST) Monday to Friday. Emails are answered daily before the end of day.
This is possible but we highly recommend hosting your new website with us. When the site is on our servers we can access the website to keep it up to date with security updates, module feature updates and new software packages. This comes at no additional costs.
